RFP 09-005– Supply of Fleet Vehicles 2010

The Victoria Police Department is requesting proposals from organizations that are interested in supplying the Department with fleet vehicles for 2010.  The Department will be seeking to purchase eight (8) vehicles in total through this RFP process. Six (6) police sedans, 1 police van and 1 unmarked sedan. The Request for Proposal document must be obtained from Kathryn Daitl, C.P.P., Purchasing Officer, by contacting her at (250) 995-7337 or kathy.daitl@vicpd.ca.

Completed Request for Proposal document clearly marked “Proposal No. 09-005 – Supply of Fleet Vehicles 2010” will be received at the Victoria Police Department up to 12:00 pm (noon) on Tuesday, December 22nd, 2009.

The Victoria Police Department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal it considers the most advantageous.
