The Exhibit Control & Purchasing Section has two separate areas of responsibility:  Exhibits & Purchasing:

The Exhibit Control staff is responsible for the handling and maintenance of all property and exhibits within the department.  This also includes the safe storage, movement and disposal of all items.  The staff liaises with a variety of different agencies who assist providing dispositions and information pertaining to property and exhibits. 

The Purchasing staff procures all product and services for the department.  Departmental purchasing processes are adhered to by staff; which includes: tenders, RFP's and RFI processes.  The staff liaises with various vendors and external agencies when soliciting quotes and information pertaining to the purchasing of equipment/services.  

The staff within this Section are also responsible for a variety of other tasks; which range from: fleet maintenance, building services, cell phone management, dry-cleaning services, and a list of many other tasks which fall under our area.
