If You Currently Reside Outside Canada

If you currently are residing outside of Canada but have previously had a Victoria address and you are requiring a police clearance/certificate please follow these steps.

1. Provide photocopies of two pieces of identification that have been certified as true copies by the police agency where you currently reside.   
2. Complete a Victoria Police Criminal History Consent Form
3. Provide payment details (Money order, Visa or Mastercard)
4. Fax the information to: 250-383-1581 Marked to the attention of the Criminal Record Check office.
5. Please provide contact email or telephone number in the event of problems.

The completed documents will be returned to you via airmail. Please allow 7 business days for processing.
